Introduction
Recovery after a crisis determines how quickly and safely the organisation resumes normal operations. This five-day course teaches practical steps to assess damage, set priorities, restore critical services, and manage stakeholder communications. You will work on realistic scenarios and leave with a usable recovery plan. The focus is on coordination across operations, IT, communications and legal teams.
Objectives
2. Conduct rapid damage and business-impact assessments to define recovery scope and resourcing.
3. Lead and coordinate cross-functional recovery teams, handoffs and daily briefings.
4. Execute recovery procedures for IT, facilities and operations, including alternate arrangements and escalation points.
5. Prepare post-incident communications and compliance reports to meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
